If a page opens but an included game does not respond, work through these checks one at a time.
1. Refresh the page
A refresh can clear a temporary loading problem. It also resets the current game, so finish your round first if the controls still work.
2. Check the browser
Update your browser when an update is available. The three included games require JavaScript. A browser extension may block the script; review that extension’s setting for this site.
3. Try a new tab or another device
This helps identify whether the issue is limited to one browser. Do not bypass school, workplace or parental network restrictions.
4. Describe the problem
Send the page address, browser name, device model and a brief description. Never send passwords or payment details. A contact-form delivery error can also be reported by email or WhatsApp.
